Audrey and I have lived and worked in Kyoto as freelanceinterpreters/translators since 2002.

My mother is Japanese (Gunma) and my father is British, but I mostly translate into US English. I was raised in the UK but educated here (Kansai Gaidai) as well as spending most of my working life in Japan.

We’ve been involved in J to E translation since 1998 and as a full time freelancer since 2002.
